Shipping and Delivery Policy

ORDER DURATION

  • Order duration for each customized piece is written on the description.
  • Orders made containing any customized piece shall be shipped at once with the piece that takes the most time. If you want to receive pieces with a shorter duration prior the ones with longer durations place 2 separate orders.
  • We can not expedite your order time or release your order on any requested date within our timeframe nor can we provide specific dates of arrival. We work within the given timeframe. Customers will have to wait for us to communicate once their order is ready.
  • LATE DELIVERY
    - As much as majority of our orders are ready within the given timeframes, as any business we are still prone to unprecedented delays & in those events we will communicate and assign a new time estimation in regards to when you order shall be ready. We do not offer refunds , discounts or any type of compensation for late orders. This may unfortunately interfere with personal plans so do proceed with your order only if you agree to this. 
  • ORDER DETAILS EDITING
    Once you have paid for your order you can not change the details you have provided under any circumstance so be advised to double check and be sure of what you want.

Within Gaborone;

  • All deliveries that are to be made within Gaborone shall be done during our working hours (Monday to Thursday 10 am to 4:30 pm)
  • Shall we discover that you paid for delivery within Gaborone when you are not in Gaborone and rather Gaborone’s surrounding areas or the rest of Botswana additional charges shall apply in order to deliver your order. You will be notified on either text, call or email and failure to pay the excess fee shall result in withholding your order until your balance has been settled.   • In order to deliver your order we shall need a valid email address and local number to contact. You shall be contacted prior delivery to determine the day and time. An allowance of 1 hour 30 minutes from the set time shall be implemented as well to allow for any delays like traffic etc.
  • Shall we fail to contact you more than twice your order shall be held and a status message notifying you that your order is witheld and contact us as soon as possible shall be sent to you.
  • Shall we attempt to deliver at the given location and given time and no one is available to receive your order we shall hold on to it and you will be charged an additional delivery fee for us to deliver that covers the costs of our second delivery attempt.
  • Order duration for Inscribed Pieces is 4-6 business weeks (20 to 30 business days)

  • Outside of Gaborone;

  • All of our orders outside of Gaborone shall be sent through Sprint Courier. It is your responsibility to ensure that sprint couriers delivers to your respective location prior order placement. Enquire with us or the courier company first if need be then you shall decide on how to proceed with the given information. Shall you give an address that the courier rejects you shall be notified and your order shall be held until a valid delivery address has been received.
  • By proceeding to choose a delivery option outside of Gaborone you automatically bind yourself with all the terms and conditions of the used courier company (Sprint Courier) and it shall be your responsibility to read them via their website and  adhere to them. 
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, Lekamoso Jewelry shall not have any control over it and thus will not be liable for any delays that may occur due to the courier company.
  • Once your order has arrived at the courier company you shall be liable to any additional charges that may arise due to late pickup. Collect your order within the first 4 business days of it arriving.
  • It is your responsibility as the customer to track your order once it has been handed to the courier company. We as Lekamoso Jewelry shall not provide any tracking services and can only assist in cases of delivery delays by enquiring for you. In order for a delivery to be considered as delayed it should be beyond 5 working days from date it has been handed over to the courier company.
  • The courier company shall communicate and make an effort to deliver once your order is ready, if they are unable to they will hold the goods at the office where it shall be your responsibility to see to it that you collect them.
  • In the case where a customer does not collect their order once it is ready and it is sent back to us after some time, re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Your order shall be withheld until balance is settled.
  • Order duration for Inscribed Pieces is 3-5 business weeks (15 to 25 business days)
