Refund, Exchanges and Replacement Policy
Non Customised Pieces :
At Lekamoso Jewelry, we offer a selection of beautiful, high-quality jewelry. As each piece is carefully crafted, inspected and selected for our customers, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. We encourage our customers to review our product descriptions and images before placing an order. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at lekamosojewelry@gmail.com. - Exchanges are ONLY allowed in the case where a customer has either received a defected piece in terms of a broken chain, or has received an incorrect product from that ordered. In these two cases it is the customers responsibility to notify us and apply for an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order of which which they will be required to provide evidence through pictures and videos of the incorrect or defected piece for our inspection. Incorrect pieces from those orders are replaced immediately and defected pieces are inspected and analysed before a decision is made. We reserve the right to make the final decision on how to handle the exchange for pieces brought in because of defects.
Customised / Personalized / Engraved / Inscribed Pieces :
There are no refunds provided on any customised piece under any circumstance. We do not accept exchanges for customised pieces as well unless there is an error in the details engraved/inscribed on our behalf. Replacements are the only remedy provided in such a matter.
- In the case where an error was engraved/inscribed on our behalf it is the customers responsibility to notify us and apply for an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order of which which they will be required to provide extensive evidence through pictures and videos of what they received. The details provided in the system and those engraved shall be compared and if fault was truly found we shall proceed to replace the piece as a new order In which our order durations shall be applicable as though the order was just placed.
- If you provide incorrect details we shall not be liable for your mistakes as the system captures exactly what you enter so make sure to always double check your details and be sure of what you want.
To initiate an exchange/replacemt send us an email to lekamosojewelry@gmail.com with “Replacements Request” as your subject and you may proceed to explain in full detail the matter at hand. We shall make an effort to respond within 3 business days on how to proceed. We reserve the right to make the final decision upon handling your Replacement request.
